A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli Are in ‘Early Discussions’ Regarding Potential Lawsuit Settlement

Could they settle their ongoing legal battle?

According to Radar Online, A$AP Rocky and former friend, and A$AP Mob member A$AP Relli are in allegedly “early discussions” of a possible settlement after Relli filed a second lawsuit against Rocky and his attorney.

“Discharging a gun in a public place is a serious offense that could have ended with tragic consequences not only for the person targeted but also for innocent bystanders visiting Hollywood,” George Gascón, a Los Angeles County District Attorney explained. “My office conducted a thorough review of the evidence in this case and determined that the addition of a special firearm allegation was warranted.”

In his second lawsuit against the Harlem rapper, Relli (born Terell Ephron) claimed that Rocky (born Rakim Meyers) and his lawyer, Joe Tacopina ran a smear campaign against the former A$AP member after he was injured during the alleged 2021 Hollywood shooting

However, Tacopina fired back at the accusations, and claimed that Relli attempted to “extort” his client, despite Relli’s claims that he received countless taunts and death threats, due to Tacopina’s statements.

According to Ephron, he and Meyers had a secret meeting in an undisclosed area in Hollywood to settle a simmering dispute between the two former friends. However, after a dispute ensued, Meyers allegedly fired two shots at Ephron.

Ephron sustained minor injuries, according to the LAPD.

Last September the former A$AP Mob member filed his first lawsuit against Meyers on the grounds of assault, battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress that Meyers caused after the alleged shooting.

Rocky was arrested in LAX in April 2022 while he was there with his girlfriend, and the mother of his two children Rihanna. Police searched his Los Angeles home after his arrest and found many guns there.

The guns, according to claims, were legitimate purchases that were unrelated to the incident.

He was released after posting bond after entering a not guilty plea to the formal charges.

In August 2022, Meyers was detained and received two charges of semi-automatic weapon assault. If found guilty, Rocky could receive a 9-year sentence.
