Hip-hop has become more and more global as the years have gone by. In 2021, we’ve even seen Australia have their own music scene pushed to the masses. Most notably by The Kid LAROI, however there is a new young artist who is about to get America’s attention, and he goes by the name Sahxl (pronounced “Sa-hil”).
The 18-year-old artist is having a breakout year with his standout tracks “C4” & “DEMONS”, and he is continuing his momentum with the music video for his September track “MY MIND”. “MY MIND” is produced by JofromYo (Pop Smoke, A Boogie With Da Hoodie, G Herbo). “MY MIND” gives the audience a taste of Sahxl’s dual-threat abilities in terms of his melodic R&B presence & the hip-hop element he implements in every piece of music he’s made so far, together creating his signature musical style.
