by Noah Soria on January 25, 2022

Lil Rekk is starting his 2022 off as good as anyone. This Highbridge signee, which also happens to be the reputable home of A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Don Q, Lil Rekk brings something different to the table, and he knows it. This 22-year-old doesn’t take his individuality for granted. Rekk is prepared to demonstrate why his city gave him the moniker 1ONE, sharing his mixtape. All through 12 tracks, incorporating a component with 42 Dugg, 1ONE addresses Lil Rekk's craving to win regardless of the changes that were once against him. For each perky banger on the 12-track project, there's a snapshot of self-examination and shrewdness. Rekk considers the hazardous measures he took to focus on his family on tracks like "Acting Strange" and "Outta Control," while "So Bipolar" subtleties a rough relationship with a soul mate.

As well as dropping 1ONE, Lil Rekk shares the visual for "PTSD." Over progressing guitar harmonies and breezy advertisement libs, Rekk romanticizes his torment and credits his encounters for molding him into who he is today. Coordinated by Watsynfilmz (Method Man, Tee Grizzley, and so forth), the visual observes Rekk drawing in with a high-energy group and brief looks at the Philly rapper remaining ready as he travels through the city. "PTSD" follows Rekk's new visuals for "Confetti," a 4 Shooters Only live performance, and reliability songs of devotion "Time" and "Ooters," with the last option bringing in over 1.5M views on YouTube.  You can watch the visuals for "PTSD" below, and you can stream 1ONE on all streaming platforms.
