Seems like the South Florida icon Kodak Black had no trouble settling in and bouncing back after his time behind bars as Lil Yacthy calls him up for an exciting anthem “Hit Bout It”. Lil Boat has already made a name for himself in the industry but is still tapped in with a variety of established artists with collaborations such as this one and his recent single with chicago native Lucki on “Greed”. Yacthy has embraced the collective nature of rap which is pleasing to see from the two fellow 2016 XXL Freshman. Whether it’s clothes, shows, or music Lil Yacthy seems to always be ahead of the game with no question as to how he’s been so successful.
“Hit Bout It” is a fast paced heater perfect for the charismatic artists to spazz on with no remorse. The streets are going to love the boastful energy within the song’s shiesty wordplay. Lil Yacthy absolutely murders the beat in a nonchalant way spitting straight fire bar after bar. Kodak Black didn’t lose any steam as he comes back with a vengeance flexing his lavish lifestyle and hostile energy towards his enemies. The music video is on high horsepower like their Ferrari’s they showcase at the corner store and in the middle of traffic.
