Rubi Rose Makes Directorial Debut For Her New Video “I Like”

After a breakout 2021 campaign, Lexington, Kentucky’s own Rubi Rose, recently shared her new single and music video for "I Like.”  The brand-new track includes Rubi's unique contralto flow over an impressive instrumental, combined with a music video from the 2000s hit film ATL. "I Like" additionally denotes Rubi's first co-directing credit and displays one more part of her wide-running creativity. It's simply a sample of what's to come in 2022 as Rubi Rose proceeds with her rising into the spotlight at a supersonic speed.

In 2021, Rubi Rose was named to XXL's Freshman Class, complemented by her champion Freshman Cypher which got inescapable applause from fans and pundits. With very close movement and a connecting on-state presence, Rubi blew some people's minds during her Rolling Loud set in July 2021 – a demonstration of her talent for live execution. 

Rubi spent the last half of 2021 going with Rod Wave on his multi-city featuring visit, which directly opened the door to flaunt her rising star power to fans all over the country. From that point forward, she has been dealing with making new music and cementing her place as a rising star who's riding an influx of energy the whole way through 2022.
