Last week one of Flatbush, Brooklyn’s young legends-in-the-making, Sheff G dropped the visual for “Proud Of Me Now” - an early fan favorite and the title track off his latest project, Proud Of Me Now.

“Proud Of Me Now” is just the second visual we’ve seen from Sheff since his most recent project dropped in December - the first was “Mistakes” which already has almost 2M views on Youtube. The track, produced by Winners Circle’s secret weapon and budding super producer, Great John has a hard-hitting, bass-heavy beat that perfectly punctuates Sheff’s intricate flows and signature melodic vocal.

The FlyGuyNick-directed video features everything we’ve come to expect from a Sheff G and Winners Circle produced visual: top-notch production value, big jewelry with lots of diamonds, lovely female companions, and some impressive transportation - this time opting for a fleet of four-wheelers to make their way through a snowy New York winter evening to hit the casino.

Sheff G, along with his day-one partner and fellow Winners Circle member Sleepy Hallow - featured as usual in the “Proud of me Now” video - have made an undeniable impact on the Brooklyn drill scene over the last two years with their unique take on the New York style, displaying unmatched creativity and originality with a series of projects, collaborations, singles, and finally albums that manage to be melodic, aggressive, and understated all at once.

Their catchy flows, fearless bars, and mysterious charisma - not to mention historical significance as two of the early stars of the now ubiquitous Brooklyn drill style - have led Sheff and Sleepy to become two of the hottest names not only in New York hip hop, but in the industry as a whole. Now, with the addition of their recently-freed third member Eli Fross, by all accounts the Winners Circle camp seems to be headed for the top.

Be sure to check out the video for Sheff G’s “Proud Of Me Now” below - off his most recent release of the same name, Proud Of Me Now which dropped in December. Be on the lookout for more from Sheff and the rest of the Winners Circle in 2021.
