Sleepy Hallow “Luv Em All”

by Aidan C Werder on November 01, 2021

On Friday, Flatbush, Brooklyn’s Sleepy Hallow dropped the video for “Luv Em All” - his latest track for the ladies off the Deluxe of his hugely popular new project, “Still Sleep?” released earlier this month.

“Luv Em All” is a fun, bouncy song centered around an unusual, extremely catchy beat produced by Winners Circle secret weapon, Great John - and carried by Sleepy’s unique cadence and deep baritone. As usual, Sleepy can find the perfect pocket to absolutely walk over the unorthodox production - delivering pointed bars and savage punchlines about the ladies in his life while being flanked by literal teams of models.

The visual for “Luv Em All” - directed by Diesel Filmz and edited by Jay Castle - shows Sleepy and fellow Winners Circlers, Jay Bezzy and blossoming super producer Great John, accompanied by about 50 female companions in a lavish, purple-tinted mansion. The music video is reminiscent of the visuals for past female-focused tracks from the guys - like “Molly” with Sheff G off ‘Sleepy For President’ or “Bestie” off Sleepy’s breakout project ‘DON’T SLEEP’.

These tracks are important because they show off Sheff and Sleepy’s versatility beyond dark, gritty drill tracks and as such have become some of their most popular tracks to date… if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

With Sleepy holding it down while Sheff is unfortunately behind bars, the guys over at Winners Circle continue to play their game - keeping well above the fray as they tighten their quiet stranglehold on the NYC rap game. The unexpected runaway success of the understated “2055” off Sleepy’s latest project is a testament to that - with a staggering 200M+ Spotify streams and nearly 50M YouTube views since it dropped in April of this year.
